Project Overview

Over the past 30 plus years, Endicott College has transformed from an institution with about 500 students to one with over 5,000. This transformation is due in large part to a campus-wide facility overhaul. However, ambitious facility construction meant each project required incredible cost-discipline, tight construction schedules, and attention to durable, lasting materials.

Endicott first approached Stanmar to design and construct a new athletic center. Having no experience with these types of facilities, Endicott relied on the Stanmar team’s expertise to design and deliver a disciplined, dynamic facility that would help the college grow its athletic program. Most importantly, our Guaranteed Fixed Price approach gave the board confidence to greenlight the project.

Because of the success of the athletic center, Endicott came to Stanmar again to design and construct the college’s performance arts center. Endicott believed we could meld our disciplined, cost-controlled approach with our ego-less, listen-first design mentality to deliver a truly unique facility that had no compromises in quality. The Center for the Arts set a new standard for campus aesthetic and dynamically enlarged the college's arts programs.

Today, Endicott is a thriving college. We are thrilled to have been a part of laying the foundation for the college’s future success.
