Oliver plays a hands-on role strategically, working with clients to ensure each client's unique business goals drive the planning, design, and construction of each facility.
VP of Planning, LEED AP BD&C
Jerry leads the initial planning of the project and coordinates all parties and phases, ensuring tough challenges are solved collaboratively before a shovel hits the ground.
Jennifer L. Cronan
Sr. Project Manager, P.E., LEED AP
As a Senior Project Manager, Jen directs the construction phase for Stanmar projects. Her integration during design enables her to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
Mark has led Stanmar for over 30 years and acts as a strategic advisor to clients. He is also the owner and managing director of Little Gem Resorts.
Nancy is responsible for accurate, timely accounting across all of Stanmar’s projects.
Director, Legal & Operations, JD MBA
Matt works closely with Oliver to identify and mitigate client risk across the critical areas of all project phases.
As Stanmar’s lead superintendent, Doug leads and directs our subcontractors, ensuring a safe and harmonious work environment resulting in high-quality workmanship for our clients.
Kyle manages the jobsite operations of Stanmar construction projects to keep subcontractors on track. His diligence and on-site management result in projects coming in on time and on budget.
As one of Stanmar’s superintendents, Rick works closely with our subcontractors to bring projects in on time and on budget. His experience building utilizing BIM technology helps avoid change orders and cost overruns for clients.
Django has worked in a variety of roles at Stanmar and currently leads the construction of the Lovango Resort + Beach Club, the third Little Gem Resort.
Luisa manages the construction phase for Stanmar projects. Her collaboration with the planning and design teams enables a smooth transition into construction that maintains a project’s design intent, timeline, and budget.
Assistant Project Manager
As one of Stanmar’s assistant project managers, Steve works as a liaison between our clients, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure the goals identified during planning and design are followed through in construction.
Greg works alongside project superintendents to coordinate subcontractors’ work with a particular focus on safety, quality control, communication, and trade coordination.
Parker S. Midura
Parker plays a critical role working to ensure coordination between Stanmar’s field team, architect, consultants, and clients.
John works with project managers to ensure accurate and timely accounting, a key tool in maintaining each Stanmar project budget.
Julia is responsible for managing and implementing Stanmar’s marketing tactics and plans.
